Please allow at least one hour for the collection and return of your camper van. Before you leave us we need to give you a demonstration of all the features of your camper, and there are a few forms to fill in for insurance and other purposes.
We will provide you with a full tank of petrol at the start of your holiday, and we ask that you return the camper with a full tank at the end. (Our campers run on unleaded petrol!)
You can park your car at our premises while you are away, entirely at your own risk.  Please leave your keys with us in case we have to move vehicles around.
Please advise us if you are going to be late returning the vehicle. This can give us problems getting the vehicle ready for the next hire, and you may be driving uninsured. We realise that sometimes delays are not your fault, but we reserve the right to charge £50 per hour for late returns.
Please return the vehicle clean, and in the same good condition that it was in when you collected it from us.  If the vehicle needs more than routine cleaning we will charge a valeting fee of £100.
